The 4th level includes one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, one bedroom with 1-queen bed and 1/2-bath. Outside, you'll enjoy a private outdoor HOT TUB and a gas grill! This vacation property will sleep 8 guest (ENFORCED maximum occupancy!). IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: It should be noted that, while the property is not pet-friendly for Guests, the property owners do have pets. Persons who are susceptible to pet allergens should take this under advisement and proceed accordingly.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out

We offer early check-in and late check-out, if available, for one-half the nightly rate plus tax. In order to reserve either an early check-in or a late check-out, you must speak with a reservationist to confirm availability.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including sales tax and corresponding Cleaning Fee, is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 14- days before the stay, except during the Winter Holidays. Payment for reservations during Winter Holidays is due December 1st.

No more than two domestic pets per home (where pets are permitted). We do not charge a pet deposit.

All properties are non-smoking.
