With all of the basics, features include a kitchenette open to a living area with 1-set of bunk beds, 1-futon and a dining area, and 1-full bath. The bedroom has 2-queen beds and another full bath. Also included are a DVD/monitor and a telephone with free local calls. This vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!) PLEASE NOTE: Satellite service can be affected by atmospheric conditions. No guarantees are expressed nor implied, and no refunds will be provided in the event that the system is inoperable. There is access to a large game room and coin operated laundry in the down stairs area.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out

We offer early check-in and late check-out, if available, for one-half the nightly rate plus tax. In order to reserve either an early check-in or a late check-out, you must speak with a reservationist to confirm availability.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including sales tax and corresponding Cleaning Fee, is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 14- days before the stay, except during the Winter Holidays. Payment for reservations during Winter Holidays is due December 1st.

No more than two domestic pets per home (where pets are permitted). We do not charge a pet deposit.

All properties are non-smoking.
