Villa Trofimena is a characteristic two-story villa built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Trofimena you will enjoy a charming view of the beach and of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Trofimena is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms it is available) and winter heating.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, at a short distance from the center of Minori, where you will find restaurants, the shops, the SITA bus stop, the beach and the tourist port. You will reach Villa Trofimena from the street level going up a 100-meters (330-feet) public walkway that is cut into the rocky cliff and includes approximately 160 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Trofimena. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).
Terrace
The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of Minori.
Garden
The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a perfumed lemon pergola. You will be able to reach it from the living room and from the entrance hall. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea.
Living Room
You will find the living room on the garden level. The furnishings are elegant and bright. They include two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace and the garden with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door.
Kitchen
You will find the kitchen on the bottom floor. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). There is a table to seat six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a small terrace with a view of the sea.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
The first bedroom is located on the top floor. You will be able to enter it from the entrance hall along a stairway. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is located on the bottom floor. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the sea.
Bathroom
The bathroom is located. It is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
Half-bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the living room.
