 Established in 2008, the Emerald Sky House is  a rich and luxurious spacious retreat. From designer fixtures, to high end décor and upgraded features, no expense has been spared! As you enter the home, a majestic wood staircase surrounded by a 20 foot stone wall leads you up a short flight of stairs into the open living room with 10 foot ceilings or a few steps down will bring you right to the first floor level with a convenient mudroom/laundry area, 2 downstairs bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom that includes a glass enclosed tile shower.

 The kitchen is equipped with cherry wood cabinets,  full granite countertops, stainless steel appliances as well as a  large  counter height peninsula with seating for 4.  The spacious main living area with wood floors and a tongue and groove ceiling contains a large dining table that seats 9 as well as two leather couches (one with a queen convertible sofa) that surrounds a 10 ft stone remote controlled gas heated fireplace with a built-in flat screen high definition television and DVD system.

 Although this main floor is surrounded by wall to wall windows the view becomes even more spectacular  when walking out onto the 18 foot balcony  to experience  vibrant mountain sunsets lounging in comfortable rocking chairs. The entire 3rd floor houses the  master bedroom suite and includes a separate game area (foozball). The suite also has a sitting area that includes additional sleeping accommodations (twin bed) a 10 foot stone remote controlled gas fireplace and built in flat screen high def. TV with DVD player and Wii Game control system (including Wii sports). 

 And after a long hard day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking don’t forget to soak in the large whirlpool tub in the luxurious large master bath with double sinks.  The suite opens out to an 18 foot balcony with incredible long mountain range views. The home is equipped with Direct TV Satellite and  high speed wireless internet access to allow you to check in with the office at anytime.

Two night minimum stay requirement, except for Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years weeks, which have a four night minimum.
