This condominium has a view of trees and some mountains, satellite TV and DVD player. Chateau Sierra is located in town on Chateau Road within walking distance to shops and restaurants. During winter, there is a free shuttle service to the mountain that stops nearby. The shuttle (red line) travels to the Village and Main Lodge. Chateau Sierra has outside parking, an indoor spa, sauna and a swimming pool that is open during the summer only.

Exterior: This three bedroom condominium is townhouse style with outside parking (no garage parking). It has a large deck with a BBQ that is great for summer use. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 TVs with satellite TV (over 100 channels), 2 VCRs, DVD, CD player, telephone (local calls only) and fireplace (wood provided). Both televisions will always be on the same channel, it is controlled by the main television in the living room. The upstairs bedroom has a new California King size bed and twin roll-a-way. One of the downstairs bedrooms also has a new California King and twin bed and the other has a set of bunk beds. This unit is non-smoking and has two outdoor parking spaces in front of unit. Mammoth Properties Reservations is not responsible for common area facilities at the complex (i.e. spa, sauna, pool, recreation room, etc.). Common area facilities vary at each complex.
