Sit in the window seat, relax and enjoy the forest view. The master suites have attached baths and there is an extra television in the king bedroom. The third bedroom is mostly enclosed with bunks for the kids. The condo also has a washer and dryer. There are televisions wirh DVD/VCR's in two bedrooms. Below are the bedding arrangements and project amenities. Parking is limited to one covered space and the second space is a non-designated space in the outside parking lot. FREE DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL LONG DISTANCE is offered in this unit. This unit does not offer internet access.

Project Amenities- Silver Bear offers a common area spa, sauna, swimming pool(summer only), and BBQ. Bedding Arrangement- King in the master, queen + twin in the second, and two sets of bunks in the loft. Maximum occupancy is 9 persons.

Summer rates for this unit are $185.00 per night. Additional discounts of 10-30% apply on stays of four nights or more. Winter rates are; midweek $370, weekend $430, holidays are $495 to $560 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials.
