Distances: Lucignano with shops of all kinds 4 km away, Monte San Savino 7 km, Arezzo (railway station with convenient daily connections to Florence and Rome) 25 km away, Cortona 30 km, Siena 50 km, Florence 85 km away.
Approx. 20 km from this property away there is a large outlet ("Valdichiana Outlet Village") where several brands of shoes, jewels, cosmetics, clothes are available at excellet rates.
At guests' disposal: large garden with pool (12 x 6 m - minimum depth 1,2 m - maximum depth 2,4 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09, from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:30), sun deck, furnished gazebo and barbecue. Washing machine in common room, € 5,- / load. The property is entirely fenced-in. A small, typical restaurant offring Tuscan recipes is available by arrangement. Internet available free of charge in the common room (only when the property owners are present). In front of the main rooms there is also a furnished outbuilding with smoking tables and armchairs.

Extra services: Baby bed available free of charge. Additional bed € 30,- / week (only available in apartments Tamara 3, 4, 5 and 6), to be paid on the spot. Maid service € 10,- / hour (to be paid on the spot). Dinners can be organized at the property. Breakfast service available upon request (€ 7,5 / person / day). 6 mountain bikes are available for rent (€ 3,- / day / bike).
Small pets are permitted at an additional charge of € 40,-.
