ABOUT THE DOWNSTAIRS APARTMENT

Each apartment takes up one floor of this remodeled 1915 building, both featuring thoughtfully chosen, artful décor and hardwood floors.

The downstairs apartment features two bedrooms, both with queen-size beds. These bedrooms share a bath with a tub/shower combo.

An open-concept living area downstairs includes a flat screen TV, a comfy sofa, and a desk area. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for researching your L.A. adventures.

This space also has a full-size kitchen with a gas stove, a fridge, and a stacked washer/dryer. Prep a meal and take it to the patio, with a shaded dining table for 6.

Upstairs, you?ll find the second apartment. This private apartment is the front unit of a 2-unit building. The wall has been heavily soundproofed so it feels like you are the only one around. It features a Netflix-ready 32? TV, comfortable and stylish seating for two, and a desk area for catching up on emails.

This unit has one bedroom and one full bath and a kitchenette that?s perfect for prepping light meals, with a microwave, mini-fridge, hot plate, kettle and French press.

There are great window A/C units that keep the space breezy and comfortable in both apartments.
