On the lowest level the Third Bedroom with its queen size bed and the Fourth Bedroom with two twin beds share a bath.During the summer season make sure to take a dip in the near-by old fashion river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools. Tennis courts are also available during the summer months.Pools and courts may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to pool/court rules.

Stayed for 6 days in December, 2011 We stayed at this unit over the Christmas break, It was clean well located and had great upgrades. The Wi-Fi was a nice addition for always busy people and the kids. The flat screen TV's with Hi-def are always nice. The owners have made this place feel like home and we wanted for very little and plenty of hot water even with 3.5 baths was great in a large home. Great home at a fair price. LOON Reservation service is always top notch, we have rented from them about 8 times now and have never been disappointed.
