Stupendous view of the gulf of Levanto. Peaceful (the road is only accessible to the few cars of the residents). The house is surrounded by a private garden equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a terrace (35 m2) above the sea. Two parking spaces inside the property. The excursion path "L'Alta Via delle Cinque Terre" (The High Road of the Cinque Terre) ends near the villa . This path corresponds to path no. 1 of the CAI of the Spezia, a footpath that leads from Portovenere to Levanto. Nearby boat hire is possible as well as departures for boat tours of the Cinque Terre. 4 hours of cleaning on Wednesday are included in the price.
