The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic stove top, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and more.  Dine in or al fresco on the beautiful open deck.  There is a gas grill or charcoal grill if you prefer on the lower patio.  The sleeping areas are cozy and comfortable and allow for some separation of guests with the layout of the home.

Cancellation/Transfer Policy:  If a confirmed reservation is cancelled or transferred, a processing fee of $50.00 and the $20.00 Reservation Fee plus applicable North Carolina State Sales Tax will be charged against the Advance Confirmation Deposit.  If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, all funds received will be forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented for the cancelled period for the full rent amount.  Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice for any of the Advance Confirmation Deposit to be returned (applicable only if the unit was re-rented).
