The main floor 50" Widescreen High Definition LCD TV has Direct TV (Extra Choice Package with over 200 channels), DVD and VHS player, and movies you are welcome to enjoy. There is an another TV in the game room (also with Direct TV Extra Choice Package).

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator water dispenser, ceramic stove top, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Dine in or al fresco. There is a gas grill, ample seating, and beautiful views from the deck.

With 2000 square feet, a jetted tub, Laurel Lake frontage, beach, pool table, foosball table, canoe, fire pit, gas grill, outdoor furniture and spacious deck, this is a perfect mountain/lakeside vacation home. Our guests call it "...our home away from home..."

Cancellation / Transfer Policy: If a confirmed reservation is cancelled or transferred, a processing fee of $50.00 and the $20.00 Reservation Fee plus applicable North Carolina State Sales Tax will be charged against the Advance Confirmation Deposit. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, all funds received will be forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented for the cancelled period for the full rent amount. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice for any of the Advance Confirmation Deposit to be returned (applicable only if the unit was re-rented).
