This home requires a six (6) night minimum stay May 25th to September 30th.

This inviting cabin is located in the private, gated community of Riverbend at Lake Lure

Sit on the front porch in the rocking chairs and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Or relax on the back deck while grilling your favorite foods. Don't be surprised to see deer, wild turkey and other wildlife.

This cabin offers all the comforts of home: satellite TV (basic channels) in four (4) rooms, dishwasher, washer/dryer, all linens (kitchen, bedrooms, baths), microwave, coffee maker, toaster and ice maker. Master bedroom has private full bath, the second bedroom shares the full bath in the hall.  The lower level is great for entertaining with big screen TV, comfortable leather furniture (queen size sleeper sofa), wet bar with bar stools, mini-refrigerator and a table for dining/playing cards or board games; this level also features a half bath and stack washer/dryer.

Plus you have access to all of the amenities of Riverbend at Lake Lure: Mirror Lake and its beach, children’s play area, covered picnic area complete with rocking chairs, picnic tables and stone fireplaces, seating and eating areas by the waterfall and along the Broad River, and hiking trails. Parking for two (2) vehicles only. Guests can park an additional vehicle in the Riverbend at Lake Lure parking area, to the right of the gatehouse, and carpool to the home.

5% Rutherford County Occupancy Tax (on rent)

6.75% NC State Sales Tax (on rent and reservation fee)

Cancellation / Transfer Policy: If a confirmed reservation is cancelled or transferred, a processing fee of $50.00 and the $20.00 Reservation Fee plus applicable North Carolina State Sales Tax will be charged against the Advance Confirmation Deposit. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, all funds received will be forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented for the cancelled period for the full rent amount. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice for any of the Advance Confirmation Deposit to be returned (applicable only if the unit was re-rented).
