Located in Riverbend at Lake Lure, the views from the porch, deck, and patio are absolutely breathtaking. If the views don’t carry away your stress, the scent of wood burning in the fireplace and the warmth of the fire will certainly relax you.

Built in 2004, this lovely, cozy, clean cabin also offers all the comforts of home plus some. When you enter the home you will first notice the view from the floor to ceiling windows and French doors to the deck. This is the primary living area. There is comfortable furniture, a wood-burning fireplace, dining room seating for six, and a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Also on the main level are a bedroom, full bath, and stacked washer / dryer. Up the stairs is a loft with daybed and trundle along with bedroom and full bath.

Plus you can also enjoy all the amenities of Riverbend at Lake Lure: Mirror Lake and its beach, the covered picnic site complete with picnic tables, rocking chairs, stone fireplaces, restrooms and spectacular views, the Broad River Old Swimming Hole, walking trails, and seating by the waterfall and along the Broad River. The fishing is excellent and there is a bait shop right across the street. Deer and wild turkey are sited regularly. Parking for two (2) vehicles only. Guests can park an additional vehicle in the Riverbend at Lake Lure parking area, to the right of the gate house, and carpool to the home.

5% Rutherford County Occupancy Tax (on rent)

6.75% NC State Sales Tax (on rent and reservation fee)

Cancellation / Transfer Policy: If a confirmed reservation is cancelled or transferred, a processing fee of $50.00 and the $20.00 Reservation Fee plus applicable North Carolina State Sales Tax will be charged against the Advance Confirmation Deposit. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, all funds received will be forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented for the cancelled period for the full rent amount. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice for any of the Advance Confirmation Deposit to be returned (applicable only if the unit was re-rented).
