5 bedrooms 2 ca king size beds, 2 queens, and 2 fold out queen couch beds, 2 fold out twin beds,2 bunk beds {sleeps four children}, a total of 18 people, two twin cots, 3 queen air beds and 6 rollaways if needed for a total of 30 guests.

SO MUCH ROOM and a complete game room and pool: In the game room is the pool table , air hockey, foose ball, pinball, muti arcade game, ping-pong table and 2 multi touch games . Waterfall, Waterslide, Picnic area with BBQ with banquet style serving area and a Arizona Room. This tri- level home with patio's over looking the pool and the lake on each floor. A propane BBQ on the middle level outside the kitchen.
