Other Fees: there is a one time cleaning fee of $125 at the end of your stay and extra housekeeping service available on request during your stay. There is a "cap" on the utilities of 200 per month for gas and electric for weekly guests... long term guests (one month or more) pay the utilities , which in the winter, when most long term guests come .... are very little , unless you want to heat the pool .
