Deposit: 50% of rental security deposit plus half the rent is needed in order to reserve the dates you wish stay. Copy of drivers license needed with a signed contract. Rest of the rent is due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, check must clear in order to rent. Deposit will be refunded with in 30 days assuming no additional charges or damage.

Other Fees: $75 cleaning fee in addition to rental fee.

We will consider a dog (Sorry Dogs Only) for additional rental and deposit. Owners must provide breed and age of the pet in order to make a decision. We also require owners to have current flea and ticket treatment. Property manager or an owner must meet pet prior to check in. Rental will not take place if pet is unsuitable for our community. Any dog droppings not cleaned up is a $50 charge for clean up. It is law in Mineral VA and policy in Bluewater, pet's must be on leash and under control at all times.

Minimum pet deposit will be $50 and minimum pet rent $100 per week. Weekend deposit is $25 and rent $50. Failure to disclose pet is grounds for immediate eviction and automatic forfeiture of deposit, rent and additional charges may apply. September Weekends are $300 for Friday to Sunday Stays.

Other Policies: No Smoking in the house.

We are a family community and only rent to families and those over 24 years old. Proof of age to rent is require.
Check in is after 3PM and check out is by
11AM. If you would like earlier check in or later check out please ask. We will accommodate if possible, an additional charge may apply depending on amount of additional time requested.

Occupants responsible for bringing their own sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc...and disposing of garbage and recyclables. There is a collection center on Zachary Taylor Highway just before Dickensons Store about 2 miles from the house. Our cleaning service charges $10 for each bag of garbage they need to dispose of. Directions to the locations will be provided.
