This villa sleeps 12 people. Sea Star Townhouse 1 (HHI SEA1) and Sea Star Townhouse 2 (HHI SEA2) may be rented separately, as two 3 bedroom villas, but privacy cannot be guaranteed.

Security Deposit is $3,500.00. Cleaning fee for one villa is $416.68. Cleaning fee for both villas is $677.11.

There is a 7 night minimum stay.
