The pool was small but not crowded. The sun however does not get to the pool area till the afternoon. The condo had been remodeled but the coach should be replaced. The kitchen, both baths, the front and back bedroom (with enclosed lanai) were all quite nice. We felt that the living room furniture needs to be upgraded. The couch wasn't comfortable and the chez loung wasted room space. The high-boy dining table was difficult to use (and I'm 6 ft.) as was the high-boy table and chairs on the lanai. The lighting in the living room was horrible. We like to read and play table games and found that the existing lighting was totally inadequate. Only one person could sit on the couch and read by the only adequate lamp. If the owners were to replace the living room furniture and provide adequate lighting this would be a perfect unit.
