4 Bedroom/1 Bath Lake house with a new 325 ft three season room and a large deck facing the water to view beautiful sunsets. House sits on 45 ft. direct lake frontage, great swimming with hard rippled sand bottom on clean 1200 acre lake. All water sports are permitted and the fishing is great. 50 foot pier with ability to tie off boat and auger available for additional boat.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, kitchen pans, glasses, plates and utensils. You will need to bring bath, beach & kitchen towels and bed linens. (There are three queen size and one full size bed.)

Basic Cable is provided.

Boat rental is availible on lake at Bass Lake Marina (574)772-5084

Must be at least 25 years of age to rent. No smoking in house and no pets allowed. 8 person Maximum.

$1,200 weekly rental for non-Holiday weeks
$1,400 weekly rental for Holiday and festival weeks (Fourth of July, Bass Lake Days and Labor Day)
$200 damage deposit is required.

50% of rental cost is due at time of reservation and signing of rental contract. Remaining 50% of rental cost and deposit due 30 days prior to rental date. A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 30 days will incur $100 penalty. Cancellations made within 30 days of your reserved date will forfeit the 50% of the rental cost. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
