Needs Updating Charles W. from Racine, WI recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2012 Our stay was pleasuarable, but the furnishings and decor need updating. Everything was functional (except one blind had several missing pieces). The resort was very stingy when it came to paper products by only providing one roll of toilet paper, no paper toweling or napkins. Signs posted all over the house about extra charges which kind of takes the joy out of your stay. Orlando Vacation 2011 A guest from Springfield, VA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 6 days in July, 2011 At the arrival, the Owner gave the wrong access code to enter the house. It took a while to get the right code.The TV did not have signal for one day after several times calling the Owner.One of the cooktop heating coil did not work and upon reporting to Ownner, he did not respond.Trash did not get picked up as scheduled therefore no place to dump the trash. In reporting to the Owner, he did not help and gave an attitude.No more Near To Disney Resort. We have been visiting Kissimee every year for the sixth time and this is the worst service comparing to all others. Everythint was ok, except that....there was not way to pick out the garbage before 6am taking into consideration that we were on Angela c. from Lima, Peru recommends this property. The house looked lived in the carpet was worn, microwave was broken, there was a brillo pad left in the oven when we went to use the oven that was a BIG surprise. The carpet was shampoo prior your arrival and your comments is to mislead other people. You enter more than 15 people in our property and your party trashed our place really badly. We did not charged your security deposit, however your group falls in the "non-gratus" listed groups, in other words, no longer welcome in any of the properties managed for our company . The house was just as pictured on the internet and we were very comfortable. I would recommend that the land line be removed. We were bothered by phone calls constantly for the owners of the house. We finally answered because they were non-stop and kept getting recorded messages. I finally took the phone off the hook. Other than that everything was fabulous and the management staff were very helpful when I called to make my initial reservation and extend the stay for an additional night.
