This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo offers the perfect space for guests to enjoy the meadow side accommodations just steps from our cross country trails. Condos include a full kitchen, balcony, wood fireplace and parking in the underground garage of the building.

Overall Property Description:
The Meadow offers affordable cozy accommodations with wood burning fireplaces and private balconies. Located on the meadow, these studios, one bedroom and two bedroom units allow for easy access to Timber Creek and the Mountain Village. The large common area of the main building offers a lounge, whirlpool spa and laundry facilities. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Check-in is at the Main Lodge at Kirkwood 1377 Kirkwood Meadows Drive. Housekeeping schedule and costs are available upon request. Front desk hours are 8-5pm Sun-Thurs 8-9pm Fri and Sat. After Nov.25 Mon-Sun 8am-12am. There is a USD 20.00 booking fee per reservation and a USD 7.00 recreation fee per night.
