really nice stay but expensive Muriel W. from CONCORD, MA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2011 We were two families of 4 staying at the west glades. For the price we paid, we would have liked to get the wifi... after many attempts, many calls to the office (and calls back from the staff), it never worked. And some of the guests were IT specialists! It would have been nice to have more shampoo in the showers (a sample per person for 3 days is not much), and a hair dryer. We loved the jacuzzi and the pool in the main office but no towels available there... we had to drive back to the condo to get them... for such an elegant property, it would have been nice to provide towels to the guests. We left the condo at 10.30 am (check out time was 11 am) and we forgot a bag inside. Impossible to use the main door with the access code to get the bag, it had been already erased. We were locked outside. Luckily the adjacent door was not locked and we managed to get the bag. We had a very nice time at the condo but felt it was overpriced considering these comments. Nice Condo At Killington A guest from Syracuse, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in March, 2011 Unit G-3 at Sunrise Glade West worked out well for our group this March. The bed arrangements are better for couples (2 doubles, 4 bunks) than all single men. The common living area is a little small compared to other 3 BR condos, especially the kitchen eating area. There is a second "living room" on the other side of the downstairs bathroom, with a couch and TV, but no cable.The unit is easy (2 minute) walking distance to the trail leading to down to the sunrise chair, and you can ski back to right across the street. Feb 2011 ski trip A guest from Summit, NJ does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2011 Pros:-Quick walk to slopes-A lot of space -Sunrise mountain is great for small kids just starting out and the lift is free-Bear Mountain is not that far awayCons-I originally booked The Lodges next to the lift and Noel's restaurant, but the owner pulled the listing and I was told the Glades were comparable. Glades are older, far from the pool/sauna/Noel's not very comparable. -The owners don't share the wifi password (the folks at Wise were able to give us the password after we complained twice).-We had no cellphone coverage...a compounded problem when we had no wifi.-The condos are pretty dated (especially compared to The Lodges)		Overall Satisfacation show detailed scores Services from rental manager Cleanliness Location Property Condition

Great property, 200 feet from the slopes. Working fireplace with good firewood, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful and provided us with extra folding chairs. There is no wi-fi in this unit, as promised, which was a disappointment. Other than that, we were very happy and would definitely return.
