The dryer hose was broken which could have been very dangerous. The garbage disposal needed to be cleaned which caused the kitchen to have an odor. We had a few minor concerns:- the coffee maker didn't work. Was replaced that afternoon.- the door on the Fire place was broken. Which housekeeping varified when we called it in.- There was a hair ball the size of a moderate size rat in the bathroom drain.Again, nothing major. Wise was responsive. Nice unit, but with a few kinks A guest from Philadelphia, PA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2009 We loved the unit and the resort. A few things that didn't work in the unit, like the coffee maker, were a major disappointment especially the first morning. Also the unit was advertised with a 52" Flat screen TV and TV and DVD players in other rooms. that is not the case. The TV in the living room is an old tube TV, it worked but wasn't 52". Overall the place was great, I just think the description did not represent the unit. There also wasn't a stereo that worked in the unit.
