Woods A8 A guest from Port Saint Lucie, FL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 61 days in July, 2011 This condo needs updating. It had a well equipped kitchen. It may have been cleaned after the last renter, however, it was NOT clean when we arrived (dirty drawers with mice droppings, carpet was filled with stains, windows were filty, bathroom had hair on floor, dirty pans in cabinet, etc). It took us several hours to clean it ourselves. We had a nice supply of bed line towels; all nice and clean. The vacumms did not work well. While we were there the shower, toilet, and refrigerator all needed repairs (these were done in a timely fashion). We spent two months in the property, perhaps for a couple of days for skiing these issues would be overlooked. One thing that bothers me, though, is that I wish they would use fitted bottom sheets on the beds. I'm sure it is less expensive to use the flat sheets, but every night they come undone and it is sort of gross to come into contact with the mattress pad--every morning I had to really undo my kids beds and tuck everything as tight as possible--and the sheets don't even cover the bottom of the mattress! Also, whoever supplies the kitchen and cleaning materials is stingy--I could have used one or two more dishwasher tabs and garbage bags, and I needed something to clean the bathtub. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2008 We all enjoyed the use of the workout facilities, hot tub for after swimming and pool and bike for an afternoon when it rained. the condo is advertised for 6...we had 4 FT and 2 PT ...six for a whole week would have been very tight. If you have 6 adults, I would go with the 3 bedroom. Everything else was quite nice, including location...quiet, peaceful and close to the slopes. We will go back. Stayed for 5 days in January, 2008 Our family of 4 not only enjoyed a very large dump of new snow at Killington, but we got to soak out the aches and pains of the day by visiting the Spa on the grounds and taking a hot dry sauna that was very conveniently located in our own place. The amenities at the unit were so good, we decided to eat in each night after swimming and hot-tubbing. The only two things to complain about was there was no kindling to start a fire, and the logs provided were pretty huge with no saw or axe to split them, and the TV was abit wimpy...esp. these days of cheap big flat screens....
