While it was annoying to wait, the response time was very good..we should just have been given the correct set of keys in the first place.-we arrived early and the unit was not ready. We left a cell number, but were never called. Ended up going back to the office at 4:30 and the unit was ready. Would have appreciated a call. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2010 The only reason I will not recommend this particular Unit(b2) is because the queen bed in the master bedroom was in terrible condition. It had a swale in the middle and my husband and I felt like we were sleeping in a bad hammock. We paid a lot of money for two nights rental and ended up with aching backs on the slopes. Other than that, the property was in a great location and very clean and well appointed. I would stay at Edgemont again but not at that Unit.
