Stayed for 5 days in December, 2010 Despite flight cancellations out of Heathrow because of heavy snow before Christmas and rebooking on a flight on Christmas Day returning New Year's Eve, the staff at Wise Vacation were able to find us alternative accommodation. Whilst the accommodation was not as luxurious as originally planned, everyone was extremely grateful that we didn't have to change accommodation during our stay and miss a day's skiing.
