- Here in Keystone, none of our units have air conditioning. The temperature in the Rockies cools off around 8 o'clock every evening, therefore an AC is not necessary.
- Parking in Settlers Creek is very limited. There is one guaranteed parking spot at this property. Any overflow vehicles MUST park in the guest parking lot, which is located next to Minnie's Cabin. There is absolutely NO street parking allowed in Settlers Creek.- Must be 25 years or older to book.
