Great location but overall disappointed stay A guest from Fort Collins, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2012 Our keys did not work and it took multiple phone calls to get a hold of Wilderness Rentals. We waited over 30 minutes for someone to come with a new key. Their key did not work so we had to wait till the next morning to get keys that worked. We planned on going out to dinner that night but couldn't because we didn't have any working keys! The internet only worked one night of the weekend. I had work to take care of on my computer but was unable to do so because of the lack of internet. When we called Wilderness Rentals about the issue they did not have a solution for the internet problem. The location and place itself was great. Won't be using Wilderness Rentals or recommending it to my friends and family because of the multiple problems with keys, service help, and internet. I was very disappointed. |

We had the cleaning crew there a few minutes before 10am knocking on the door and to make matters worse we were affected by daylight savings. Happy Repeat Visitor Emma L. from Cashton, WI recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in January, 2012 This is our 4th or 5th stay at Liftside 16. We love the condo and the location. The general maintence of the place (outside light has never worked, occasional plumbing issues etc) seems like it could be better maintained. The sidewalks are always icy. However we love the space and comfort of the condo and have adopted it as our Keystone home each year. Wildernest has always been very professional and friendly in all dealings. It is a great value for the money as well. |

Nice condo but . . . A guest from Katy, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2011 Upon arrival, they gave us cardkeys that did not open the door. The heat did not work properly, we were very cold during our visit. We were charged for cleaning - but no cleaners ever showed up! Rent every year but next year it will be somewhere different!
