Close to everything A guest from Olathe, KS recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2013 We loved how close the condo was to the gondola. We came to the condo for lunch every day we skiied. It was so easy. The hot tub was right down the hall and the pool (shared with another building) was right next to the hot tub. We loved our room location too. It faced the mountain and we could see skiers coming down River Run and we were steps away from the ski lockers so we didn't have far to get to our skis. We were also the first room on the first floor, so when we came in from the slopes we didn't have far to walk in our big ski boots!! |

Closer than expected Thomas A. from Maplewood, MN recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in March, 2013 We are habitual VRBO renters and rent for at least 3 ski trips per year. Overall the property was very nice. The condo was clean and quiet. The beds were above average but not great. The Murphy bed was a vast improvement over any sofa sleeper. The hot tubs (3) and the outdoor pool were fantastic and just a short walk down the hallway. We are always a little skeptical about a condo that lists a short walk to the lift but this truly was a short walk. The main River Run gondola was no more than 150 yards and considering the locations of other condos in the area that claim short walk this condo was great. The condo is also right in the middle of all of the nighttime action for the River Run base, plenty of bars, food and shopping. The only downfalls were the lack of general items supplied for the kitchen (no condiments/basics) and the size of the bathroom. The plates/dishes were fine as were the cooking essentials but that was all there was in the entire kitchen. There were no other items in the kitchen except for a little bit of salt and pepper and enough coffee for maybe 1 morning pot of coffee. It felt more like a kitchen at an extended stay hotel that a property that someone and their family may use as their own. As for the bathroom size it was smaller than expected but understandable for the size of the other rooms in the condo. |

Great Location! Beautiful Condo! A guest from Saint Louis, MO recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2012 We stayed here between Christmas and New Years and found the location to be exactly what we were hoping for: Steps to the lifts and River Run shops. The garage is so convenient, especially when you see "lots full" signs all over. Luggage carts and shopping carts are provided as well as an elevator and ample parking spaces. We stayed on the first floor near the elevators, but what made this unit very noisy were the other skiers walking on the tile hallway in ski boots. The noise level is the ONLY downside to this unit. We felt right at home for five nights and were very sad to leave. The lockers in the hallway are extremely convenient for storing skis and poles. You will not be sorry if you choose this unit. It is worth the money by the time you factor in parking fees, and meals, and you cannot put a dollar value on the time you would waste driving to and from the resort and looking for parking if you were to stay closer to Dillon. Spend the extra money, get free parking in a covered garage and walk to the lifts and shops. During peak season, I noticed that the lots fill up by about 10-10:30AM. There is also free WiFi. Property Manager Response: Response from Summit County Mountain Retreats Thank you for staying with us! You are right. Why would anyone want to fight the hassle of the parking lots? |

Keystone Stay just before Thanksgiving near main lift Gary M. from Warrenville, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 1 days in November, 2012 The location of 8101 is on the first floor main hallway next to snack machine. Ski Boot traffic, people heading to elevator for parking, front lobby or to pool area have to walk past this unit. We were lucky that building was not full and very few kids. In other words location is very convenient but can be noisy. This fact is the main reason I do not give the unit and our experience 5 stars. Nice view of one of the nightime runs and easy walk to main lift are pluses. We enjoyed the three hot tubs and heated pool (all outdoors) but a very short walk. Heated garage and luggage carts a real plus for moving all suitcases and food in one trip. Note: You must let the key card work to open garage door. DO NOT REMOVE too quickly it is not like an ATM. Refrigerator froze several food items. I would recommend that the unit include suggested setting. Cleaning crew made ice cubes in advance of arrival. Directions at this unit did not tell us to take out trash when departing but we did it anyway based on a stay at another unit from same rental company. We did take advantage of rental agency provided associated discounts (ski rental, free magarita with dinner) Found a laminated card in the unit that listed a discounted massage and would have done it if time allowed. Would we stay in this building again YES. Would we stay in this unit again Probably Not since we like our quiet when it comes to sleep. I would hate to have to put up with a hard partying group going up and down the hallway. Keystone lift tickets to pricey for limited conditions so we skied elsewhere. More snow or lower prices we would have skied the slopes that were just outside our door including night skiing. Property Manager Response: Response from Summit County Mountain Retreats Thank you for staying with us. We really appreciate your feeback and review. |

Anniversary Trip A guest from Colorado Springs, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2012 We had a perfect day with a short walk to the ski lifts, and a long dip in the spa after a day of snowboarding. We enjoyed the fireplace and watched it snow from the large windows overlookig the mountain and slopes. Lots of good places to dine and/or grab a drink nearby. Great anniversary stay. |

Weekend Traci G. from Broomfield, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in November, 2012 The only problem we had was with the key cards. One of them wouldn't work in the garage or the building, but the room worked. Other than that, it was great. |

Beautiful Week-end get away Jennifer R. from Lafayette, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2012 I worked for a vacation rental company while living in Key West so I tend to think I have an overly critical eye. Our condo was just lovely, super clean, and well appointed. Great view. Only things, a table out on the balcony would be awesome, and perhaps dusting the two wood chairs that are out there would be a nice touch! Other than that, the condo had everything one should need, including starter coffee, garbage bags, and paper towel! My family and I will definitely go back and we will only rent through Summit County Mountain! Thank You!!!! |

Review Ann A. from Englewood, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2012 The location, making reservations, and property were great. Unfortunately the directions to the property were ? outdated and incorrect. Wrong street names were given in the directions which made it quite frustrating getting to the property especially at night. |

Condo: Arapahoe-#8101 A guest from Littleton, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2012 Had a great time. Very nice place and perfect for our purposes. Very nice location at River Run Anton L. from Marina Day Rey, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2012 The unit is on a large side for a 1BR at Keystone. It's very conveniently located on the 1st floor. At the same time it was very quiet during the first week after NewYear -- we only heard occasional ski boots walking noise in the hallway. It has a nice view out to the slopes -- you can see the River Run trail from the window. The unit is clean. The management is nice -- upon arrival we were missing sheets for the living room couch, we called the management and they brought the sheets over in 15 minutes. |

Great Location, Cleanl and Relaxing! Fantastic stay for the money. A guest from Springfiled, MO recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in July, 2011 The only caveat to the whole experience was the bed. Our unit had a King, but it was the most flat, stiff and uncomfortable bed we've ever slept on in recent memory. We've stayed in hotels with a more mattress than this. |

Good, but A guest from Toledo, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 12 days in March, 2011 Kitchen was not terribly well equipped. We could have used a sponge/dish cloth to clean counters and could't find or buy one. Condo did not have bus schedule, restaurant guide or directions to trash, all small things which didn't interfere with stay. All in all, a very pleasant stay in excellent location. |

Ski Trip February 2011 Mark B. from Bentleyville, OH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in February, 2011 We stayed at 8101 Arapahoe Lodge from 2/17/11-2/22/11. The location of the condo is very convenient. Close to everything you need for a ski vacation and parking is easy in the underground garage. The condo itself was nice, although you can see the wear and tear starting to show. You can tell this is more of a rental unit than a personally kept property. The biggest complaints would be the fan in the bathroom and the beds. The fan in the bathroom is almost useless other than making a lot of noise. It dose not move any air whatsoever. The bed in the master bedroom has a king size mattress, but you would not put it in your home. The ?high quality sleeper sofa? turned out to be mostly springs and can not really be slept on. After calling Summit County Mountain Retreats, they dropped off an air mattress (single) that I made due for the last four nights. This condo is certainly not set up for more than two people to sleep semi-comfortably. The management staff was very courteous and helpful when called. |

Older property, but Excellent Amenities and great Location A guest from USAF Academy, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2010 Although the signs of age and use were apparent in the general condition of the property, it was positively overshadowed by the updated features (showerhead, dishwasher) and spaciousness. The convenience of walking to any type of food or entertainment was unbeatable. Ultimately the best thing was the view! Amazing mountains and gorgeous summer weather. |
