Manificent facilities with a great lanai and view of the ocean Dominique P. from Fallis, Alberta recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in February, 2012 Very nice and spacious facilities although somewhat neglected in various areas. Large rug stains in the middle of the living room area as well as eating area when we arrived. Had not been cleaned for a while but Cindy rectified issue very promptly.Many dishes had been stored in cupboards, dirty.Two out of the six dining room chairs were broken when we arrived. Obviously not repaired for the next tenants( us ).Lock box to facility was not functional, but again Cindy arranged for prompt replacementWe especially loved the spacious lanai, bedrooms and living area. Thankful for fans in bedrooms,and living area as well as bidet set up in washrooms. Would recommend West Hawaii Property Services Inc and it's wonderful staff ( especially Cindy )to anyone. Nice location, quality does not meet market rental value Mike P. from Douglas, AK does not recommend this property. Stayed for 9 days in January, 2012 No internet provided. 3 lamps had burned out bulbs. Outside portable electric Habachie did not work. Multiple permanent stains in carpet. Overhead fans noisy. Garbage disposal sounded broken. Dishwasher did a terrible job of washing. TV operating directions in Japanese. Chandaliers in dining area very ugly. Massive dining room table, way too heavy if thinking about moving for any reason. Dining chair broken with taped piece of paper on it "broken, do not sit".Master bedroom 2nd bed placed in such a way that prevents full access to closet doors. Anytime ice dispencer on fridge used, freezer fridge door was pushed open. Other door on fridge did not close completly and needed a second push. Condo was clean, as in freshly washed sheets, clean kitchen, rug vaccumed, furniture dusted. Paying rental full market value for a space that is in obivious need of some TLC was tough but hindsight is always 20/20. We grabbed the 1st property that was open that met our circumstances.
