Convenient Location, great place A guest from Seattle, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2011 Breakfast on the patio overlooking the ocean, dinner on the patio watching the sunset, and even celebrating Christmas Eve across the street, this was a great location to be. Condo was clean and furnished. Bldg mgr, Kevin, was helpful and very pleasant. Cindy was great in providing info to places to go. Vacation in Hawaii A guest from Ontario, does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2011 It seemed that the place hadn't been lived in for a long time. It had a musty smell about it. Also, the air conditioning wasn't working. we were notified about a week before we left but we had already booked it by then. and this was a determining factor in booking it. We were offered a one bedroom in another facility but we had booked a 2 bedroom. They did give us a small refund for this inconvenience. But it was a big difference to adjust to.
