Kona By the Sea Ed H. from Wappingers Falls, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 24 days in February, 2012 We have stayed at the Keauhou Surf & Racquet Club several times. This was the first time in this unit, and this building. If you like being "right on top" of the action then this is a great place. We were only a few feet from the rock cliffs and the ocean. We got salt spray regularly and lots of pounding wave noise. Like I said, If that's what you love(and we do) then this is the place. The condo is well maintained, has a nice large lanai with a coastal view all the way down to Kailua-Kona's harbor. Our rental agent, Cindy Krog, was very helpful in getting a couple of minor things corrected. Our requests were handled quickly and cheerfully. Great Thanksgiving Getaway A guest from Salinas, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in November, 2011 We found this condo on line and booked it the next day. The registration and payment process seemed way too easy but there was absolutely no problem. The staff at the management company were very friendly and helpful. The top floor oceanview was everything we imagined. The back of the condo faced the Kona Country Club Ocean Course. The property was very clean, quiet, and relaxing. If you are not a fan of Geckos, this may not be your place. There were a lot of them inside and out. I would definitely stay here again.
