This one bedroom comes equipped with a queen bed and a full size wall bed in the living area. Amenities included are full kitchen, dining area, TV, DVD player, telephone, washer/dryer, ceiling fans and a furnished patio or balcony.

Sea Village is located just outside of the Kailua-Kona fishing village, which offers a wide variety of dining and quaint shops. Sea Village is located on the sunny, dry side of the island in Kona, where the tradewinds keep you comfortable year round. Float in the seaside pool or relax on your private lanai with the Pacific close enough to taste as the surf breaks against the resorts sea wall. Front desk hours are 8am - 6pm. The tennis courts at Sea Village will be closed for 6 months (March 2013 to October 2013). The Sea Village Resort has a tenting (Insect Chemical Extermination) of all buildings scheduled from September 3 to September 14, 2013. During the fumigation, each affected building will remain completely vacant. USD 50 refundable deposit required at check-in. Credit card or cash. USD 250.00 fine for smoking in the units and USD 350.00 fine for pets in the units. Housekeeping service schedule is upon departure only.
