These 1 bedroom, 1 bath Port O Call villas have a partial view of the Atlantic Ocean. Guests enjoy fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, living rooms and furnished screened porches, as well as access to the community swimming pool, available during the warmer months of April through September.

Downtown Charleston offers shopping, dining, art, music and theatre only 30 minutes from the Isle of Palms. Our comfortable villas are between 25 and 50 yards from the beach, and offer a respite for guests looking to lose themselves in the wheel of pelicans and seagulls above the shore, the rush of the waves lapping against the sand, and the scent of the sea brought in on ocean breezes. Properties are located both on the Isle of Palms and inside Wild Dunes. All properties offer completely furnished living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchens- including cookware, silverware and dishes. Amenities include a cable TV and DVD player, telephone, microwave, and central heating and air conditioning. All linens except beach towels are provided and, in most properties, a washer/dryer. Please note that check-in is not guaranteed before 4PM and there may be times when your access is unavoidably delayed. Check-in is located at Ocean Park Plaza, 1400 Palm Blvd, Ste N, in the Isle of Palms. The office is open 9am-5pm.
