When you first walk into this welcoming home, you see a formal Foyer which opens to the Living Room which leads you to the formal Dining Room. The upper level also has a roomy Kitchen with breakfast bar and an Eating Area with plenty of windows to allow you to sit and enjoy the serenic view. The Master Suite also has a beautiful view of the lake and opens onto the deck. The Master Bathroom has a jetted tub for relaxing after a hard day playing in the lake with a separate walk-in shower and double sinks. Also upstairs you will find a Guest Room and a comfortable deck to watch the beautiful sunsets reflecting off of Lake Cortez. The lower level offers a third bedroom and 2 baths. One of the baths also has a wetbar/kitchenette off of the Game/Family Room. The Game/Family includes a pool table, record player/radio, home organ, fireplace and double doors to the patio.
