The master suite and den/guest room are located on the main floor and upstairs you have two guest bedrooms, bathroom and sitting area. This home offers a gas fireplace, 2 televisions, 2 DVDs, a vcr, and gas grill as well as standard appliances and accessories.

Check In - You may not check in before 3pm. Full payment is required at check in. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card and Discover only. You’ll receive keys, a map to your unit, passes to get in the West Gate. If your party is arriving in small groups and you require multiple packets and keys please let us know ahead of your arrival so that we’ll have everything ready for you.

Nightly or 1 week booking – 72 hours prior to notice=no charge, otherwise 1 night charge + tax ; 2 week bookings- 2 weeks prior notice, otherwise 2 night charge + tax; monthly booking – 1 month prior notice no charge, otherwise $250.00 charge. No exceptions. There will be no refund for early departures due to weather, illness, etc.
