Three bedroom and three bath home that will accomadate 10 overnight guests is just minutes from a public beach that is Hollands best kept secret. Ten minutes away from dining, shopping and entertainment you have the option of heading west to the beach for the day or east for a day on the town. This home boasts a very large fenced in back yard for kids and family to enjoy!
Master bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and a private bath, second bedroom on main floor has two twin beds. The finished basement has a bedroom with a queen bed and twin bed with a trundle. There is also a full size pull out sleeper sofa and a full bathroom in the basement. We did add another TV on the main floor as recommended from previous renters. This home is very spacious.

James Beach Cottage was GREAT! Deanna Y. from Osgood, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2011 We left our comments with the owners as well. It was a perfect, very "homey" property. It was very clean and a lot of extras in the house like plenty of towels, laundry detergent, games, a lot of cookware, etc. We loved the patio table. The three bedrooms, three baths were perfect. The location was great. We really enjoyed the property and would stay there again if we come back to Holland. The only suggestion we had was that it would be nice to have a TV in the living room upstairs. There was one in the basement game room but that was the only TV in the house. When we would play cards at night or gather in the living room, it would have been nice to have a television in the living room upstairs. Overall it was a fantastic place. It is within walking distance of a nice little beach, and close to drive to Tunnel Park and other attractions. There was lots of room [and toys provided] for the kids to play and for us to entertain our local family while still being close to "home" for the toddler to nap. It really suited our needs. thoght the price of 180 a night was reasonable,but with adding all the extras it was over 200 more. 90 for cleaning seems like a A guest from St Maries, OH recommends this property. Great for our Family of Six Jeffrey L. from Dayton, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2011 Plenty of room for all of us (2 parents + 4 collg/H.S. age "kids"). +'s: Spotlessly clean, very good appliances, nice deck & grill, nice landscaping, plenty of driveway space. Great bike paths in the whole area; made good use of those. Walking distc or short drive to couple of good beach choices. -'s: Air movement betwn floors needs improvement (love the skylights, but the sun really heats up the main floor, then when AC kicks-in the lower floor stays much colder than main floor.) DirecTV was good, but only one TV (in lower rec room); would be nice to have another one in the main floor family rm. Would we stay again? Yes, especially if a TV was added to the main floor.
