40 Water Oak has a ground floor entry and has parking available right in front of the unit. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a king bed.

The guest bedroom is located on the second level and has two double beds.

The spacious townhomes of Water Oak in Palmetto Dunes Resort form a u-shaped complex around the pool area. The views from each cluster of units are either of the pool or of the Robert Trent Jones golf course, one of three 18-hole golf course in Palmetto Dunes.
