In the secluded Timberlakes development there are Four distinct seasons.

In the Winter you can snowmobile right from our front door. Ride in the Uinta Mountains of Utah for some of the best snwomobiling in the world and then come back and enjoy a cozy fire and a good book.

Spring Time is when new life is born. Watch out for the Moose that likes our grass with a new calf or the deer as the come and eat off the trees. Watch for the birds as they soar around our area.

Summer time Enjoy an ATV ride or get on a dirt bike and enjoy the 35 miles of roads in Timberlakes. Enjoying water skiing or fishing all within 30 minutes. Enjoy jumping over the mountain to Kamas where there is an indoor swimming hole with a lazy river and slides for all sizes. The Provo River that touts some of the best fly fishing in the world is 20 minutes away.

Fall - Oh so many colours. There is nothing finer than sitting on the deck and looking out to see multiple colours on the trees that surround you at the cabin. Enjoy an evening hike in the mountains enjoying the colours of fall.

Paradise in the Mountains our Amenities include: ** Three Story Spacious 2700 square foot log home with 2 huge decks. * 4 Bedrooms, a Master Bedroom up top with a personal jetted tub for two. * Two Bedrooms with Queen beds on the main floor with a full bath. * Two more themed bedrooms for kids downstairs. The girls will enjoy the lilac fairy room downstairs with 2 bunk beds whilst the boys will enjoy the wild west with a bunk + trundle.

* WIFI highspeed broadband and Dish Network for those needing to work whilst they should be playing.

The kitchen includes a brand new 5 burner gas stove, extra large BOSCH microwave and a hard to hear stainless steel dishwasher.

Coming in October enjoy the brand new state of the art hot tub from BullFrog Spas with Jet Packs. You will enjoy a relaxing evening in the hot tub after spending the day on the slopes or hiking in the mountains.

2 main floor bedrooms with Queen beds and full closet space as well as full-length mirrors so you can properly get ready to ski or ATV or snowmobile. Bathroom right outside of these side by side bedrooms.

2 Bedrooms in the basement that have bunk beds. One is a Western feeling bedroom for the boys in the family whilst the other is painted in a light purple perfect for any Princess.

In the play room in the basement there is a full pull out sofa {queen} that sleeps two right in front of the propane burning fireplace. Sit and watch TV and enjoy the fire or cuddle up and fall asleep all in the same room. Play pool, ping pong or air hockey.

Sleeping bags welcome for kids in the basement or in the summer on the Deck. Don't sleep on the grass unless you have your Deer and Moose repellent with you

Additional Activities: Riding ATVs and hiking in the Spring and Summer whilst Snowmobiles are welcome in the Winter. Open the door, start your machine and off you go on 30+ miles of private roads. Explore until your heart is content.

John, We had a great stay. We loved the wildlife we saw. We saw a mother deer with with babies. I have never seen a baby deer nurse from it's mother. Also, I have never seen a doe with three babies.

The cabin was awesome. It was nice having three floors. The teenagers stayed downstairs, the adults on the main floor and the 2 younger children 6 and 10 years old played up in the loft. We never had anyone under foot!

It was awesome having a washer and dryer at the cabin. This was the first time I went home with no laundry to wash once I got home.

It was just a short drive to Deer Creek where we used our boat every day. We also brought our 4 wheelers. It was nice driving around looking at the lakes and the other cabins in the neighborhood.

I like to drink water with ice cubes so the extra trays in the freezer were a nice treat. Thanks for a great stay!!! Laura Wood

The rental home at Timberlakes was just the thing this past Christmas. My family wanted to get away from all the craziness of the city for the holiday and your home was PERFECT! It had all the amenities of home, and the setting was incredible-a true winterwonderland. We were close enough to Park City that it wasn't time consuming to go skiing and shopping. Originally we planned on eating out-since we were on vacation, but the Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the kids thought the best part was time spent together for meals. If we timed it right we could eat while we watched the sun go down and that was spectacular! But the best part for me was the fact that the master bedroom was far enough away from the family room that the noise of four boys never bothered us once! We just wanted to thank you. Glad we had a four wheel SUV to make it in and out on snowy days.....since the driveway is a bit steep. We hope to book early enough next year for Christmas 2008!
