ABOUT THE TOWNHOME

The open-concept main level features a vaulted ceiling, attractive hardwood floors, a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace as well as a 55" TV. Enjoy epic views on the covered balcony or sink into the comfy leather sofa or chair.

The well-appointed kitchen features glossy granite countertops and Viking appliances. Ultra-pure water and ice are provided by the reverse osmosis system. The breakfast bar accommodates five for casual dining, while the formal dining table which comfortably seats eight is a great place for a family meal.

The main level master suite features a king-size bed, 50" TV, armchair, and a covered balcony --great for a romantic toast with a glass of wine. The en-suite master bath boasts a granite double-sink, soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and large walk-in closet.

Across the hall, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, closet, and 43" TV. An adjacent hall bath has a glass-enclosed tub/shower.

A second family room awaits downstairs on the lower level with a Queen-size sleeper sofa and 50" TV. Grab a fresh towel from the basket and step through the sliding glass doors to your own private six-person hot tub.

Also on the lower level, a large third bedroom with a king-size bed, a 43" TV, walk-in closet, and comfy chair is found. The adjacent hall bath features a tiled tub/shower with glass-surround.

A tiled mudroom is adjacent to the garage entrance on the lower level. A boot bench and coat racks will help you get ready for your ski day. The garage has racks for storing skis and snowboards. Onsite parking is available for 3 cars (one in garage/two in driveway).

The third floor loft serves as a sitting area , game room, or fourth bedroom. Watch your favorite shows or DVDs on the massive 65" TV or compete in a serious foosball battle. A table and chairs by the window allows you to enjoy a board game or simply appreciate the panoramic views of the mountains. A custom-designed twin-over-full bunk bed and twin trundle will sleep four.

This place was fantastic. We were blown away with how nice it was and all talked about wanting to move in permanently. The best part was the kids having their own space on the upper level where they could watch movies and play while the adults could watch their own movies on the main level in peace. It is perfectly located between Park City and the lake and only a 10 minute drive to either and even the outlets at Kimball Junction. The TV kept losing its signal but we brought dozens of movies and the main TVs have Blu-Ray players so it was a non-issue. We stayed at an AirBNB a couple of months ago and they had so much food in the fridge that there wasn't any space for our stuff. It was great that the fridge and pantry here were empty so there was plenty of space for all the food and drinks we brought up or purchased. There's a Crock Pot, plenty of pots/pans, and blender but no mixing bowl, pitcher, or griddle so plan accordingly if you intend on cooking instead of eating out. Loved it and would repeat without question.
