The second floor has a Full size bath with tub/shower combination. There are 2 more bedrooms and a full bath (shower only) through and over the garage. The first bedroom has 2 twins and a full bath (shower only) then you will walk thru this bedroom and go upstairs to the other bedroom (bedroom #4) that has a full bed and 2 twins. The backyard has an outdoor shower,choice of charcoal or gas grill and a patio set for dining. A/C units in the 2 upstairs bedrooms in the main part of home, one a/c Unit in the first floor bedroom and an a/c unit in the upstairs bedroom over gargage. NO PETS, NO SMOKING!
