Stayed for 2 days in August, 2011 Proximity of the condo to the golf course was great and we felt we were lucky to stay there. We could walk to the course and dinner. Property definitely needs some maintenance, particularly in the kitchen...cabinet doors and drawers in very poor condition. In front upstairs bedroom the drapery pulls were broken so the drapes sagged; it's patio screen was off because it was bent and could not be put back in the track. The laundry area definitely could be cleaned out. Silverware holder was not clean and silverware wasn't very clean either. There was construction going on to the eaves or roof of the condo and the crew didn't bother to clean up the entry deck...pulled nails, sawdust and lumber chips were left on the deck. Trees definitely need trimming of very old scraggly branches that totally block view of the golf course. Otherwise, we had a good time and made do. Beds were comfortable. The only thing that would've been nice is to have the linens inside already, i.e. the sheets already on the bed. Otherwise, the property manager was very helpful and available every time I called.
