A girls weekend at Pine Mountain Lake A guest from Hollister, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2011 We were very disapointed in the cleanliness of this property.There were VERY large cob webs inside & out,the dishes etc. were dirty. No extra toilet paper. The lights outside were burnt out so 3 people fell going down the stairs to the 4th bedroom. We paid 60.00 for linens and we got 1 towel per person and we had to put the sheets on our own beds. I have never had to do that before in the many other houses I have rented. We will go to Pine Mountain Lake again but I will make sure the place is clean!! The rest of the condo was fine.We could have used a 2nd key. Men golfed and ladys went into town we all didn't come and go at the same time. It was a bit of a pain. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2010 We did like our stay in general: location is fine, view from the deck is awesome, furniture is good enough, beds are pretty comfortable, interior is also fine. was VERY dirty and dusty, especially on the decks. We left the house in much better condition than it was before. Cooking using the kitchen staff was almost impossible: it was in a very poor condition. There was not any tea pot or anything at all for making tea or coffee.I have doubts that vacuuming has been done after previous guests stay: my friend got a needle inside her foot from the carpet in the bedroom! Her foot was harmed badly making swimming in the lake pretty risky. Thanks God the needle did not go to the vein?that could kill her. It was my friend?s decision not to press charges against Re/Max.Even though there was some confusion in the beginning of the reservation considering sending security deposit and paper work, we would like to thank very much property manager for answering all our questions by phone and personally and for providing us with the map and helpful information. I wish our feedback will help the company to make some improvements and I would recommend Re/MAX vacation property rentals to other people.Thanks very much! useless fourth bedroom & long time deposit holding Xiao Z. from San Leandro, CA does not recommend this property.
