My teenage son enjoyed having the upstairs to himself. The place was a little dusty and we had to wipe down the tables and counters. The porch had one table and $5 plastic chairs, which could be improved. The greens keepers groomed the golf course EVERY MORNING which was a little annoying to someone who treasures peace and quiet. We weren't told exactly where we had to go first in order to get the keys so we had to drive around for a couple of times before figuring out how to even enter the general area through the high security gates. The beds were a little on the soft side which wasn't ideal. The main issue was there weren't any balls for the pool table! We looked everywhere but couldn't find them. The house is located about 45 minutes from Yosemite but it is a beautiful drive. Our only complaints:1) There's only ONE good pool stick, all the others where either broken or crooked. 2) The whirl pool tub was not working. 3) The outside decks (2) were really dirty, tons of spiderwebs and dirt, it really needed to get cleaned. It has a wet bar and a pool table on the lower level, plus a good size bedroom on the lower level, with a wood burning stove and a large bathroom. We actually liked the lower level of this home better than the upper level, and that is where we bedded down. We are just a couple as our kids are grown, but it occurred to me this home would be good for a couple with teenagers or older children, as they could have the lower level to hang out away from the old people.
