And the house has not been cleaned well. There was a spider web with a huge spider on the kitchen window. The patio was not cleaned as well. We did all these work. Seculuded Home Hidden High up a Hill A guest from Placerville, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2010 Very serene and peaceful - lovely setting. Although it was OK in the summer, you would probably need 4-wheel drive to access property in the winter. No lamps in the home to read by anywhere (specially by beds). TV was only for CD's or DVD's which was OK, but the DVD didn't work so kids just played with games we brought up. The only issues we had were the master bath sink kept clogging and the toilet kept clogging and not flushing properly. The beds are also very small, but the property was wonderful.
