Casa Refolo B is a welcoming apartment that is part of a villa in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps six people. It is appoximately 160 square meters (1720 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden and winter heating.
You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from Gaiole in Chianti, where you will find a grocery store. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away.
Casa Refolo B is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 15 stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Refolo B you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Casa Refolo B is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.

The Casa Refolo apartments are six apartments belonging to a farm which is located in the heart of the Chianti region. The farm is situated on a hillock and it is entirely surrounded by grapevines and olive groves.

In the farm you will also find a small hotel and a restaurant where you could taste delicious traditional dishes. Cooking classes are held at the restaurant, which will give you the opportunity to learn how to cook the tasty Tuscan specialties.

A small spa, located in the farm, will give you the possibility to relax through the several relaxing treatments such as the chocolate therapy, the wine therapy, the Imperial bath and much more...

The farm features a swimming pool, and not only! Many more activities are available at the complex: you will be able to go fishing (bring your own rods!) in a pond which lies among the hills; you could practise archery in a proper field where a small bow for children is available; you will also find a tennis court which is situated among the grapevines and the wood; in a panoramic and shady area, you will even find a ping pong table along with a swing and a dartboard.

If you are fond of hiking, there are three different paths, each featuring a different level of difficulty (low, medium and high) departing from the farm. You will enjoy crossing through our woods and grapevines, walking along creeks and bridges, passing through medieval villages and more... all in the splendid set of the Chianti hills.

Not far from the farm, you will be able to go horse riding, to rent bicyles and quad bikes. 

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down approximately 25 stairway steps. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long, 1.8 meters (5.9 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Chianti hills. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 400 square meters (4300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will have a gorgeous view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Wellness room
At Casa Refolo you will find a wellness room with a heated Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage. This room has a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
 Patio
The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella.
Living Room
You will be able to enter the living room from the main entrance hall climbing 13 steps. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloping and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terraccotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include two leather sofas and two armchairs. There is a big fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. The room has two windows.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
