With an enchanting fish pond with waterfalls on one side, the Konkapot river rushing in the back yard, the amazingly lush wooded setting, and a large swimming hole with rope swing just a walk up the road, you may be tempted to skip all the amazing cultural events in the Berkshires and just let the tranquil location both relax and inspire you. If you choose to experience the great nearby skiing, canoeing, fishing, or hiking the dog yard and doggie door will allow your pooch to enjoy the beautiful outdoors while you're away.

In order to confirm the reservation, we need to receive a non-refundable deposit of half the rental fee by US check. Upon arrival, we would ask for the balance of the rental fee preferably in cash but a check would be do-able if necessary. Also upon arrival, we would need a fully refundable security deposit equal to half the total stay amount. We would greet you at the property upon your arrival, give you the keys, and provide a walkthrough. After reviewing our property upon return, assuming everything was left as it was found, we would either mail back the deposit check or simply rip it up - whichever you prefer.


Deposit: Half of the rental fee is required to reserve rental dates.

The remaining half is due in cash or money order upon arrival.

Upon arrival, a fully-refundable security deposit equal to half the rental fee is due in cash, money order or US check. Assuming the property was left as it was found, the full deposit amount will be returned. If there are any necessary repairs due to damage caused durign visit, the amount of those repairs will be withheld from the returned deposit.
