Private hiking trail to the lake and use of owner's canoe, we are also dog-friendly. The glass walls of the house open up to an expansive deck and views of the lake from 3 sides. The house is decorated with beautiful high end Italian furnishings and contemporary fine art. 10 minutes to downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City yet completely secluded.

$50 maid fee; . We accept Mastercard and Visa directly or other cards through PayPal. We accept personal checks if there is time for them to clear. Cancellation refund if we can re-book; ability to change dates with no penalty. $500 deposit (not charged to card unless there is damage or excessive cleaning required).
