This vacation home is ideal for hosting the family getaway with 5 bedrooms, spacious dining area with lots of seating, living room and family room, and two full baths.The view from the living room and walkout deck includes Columbine Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, and a variety of wildlife visitors from birds and squirrels to the occasional elk and moose.The home's main floor includes the living room with fireplace and walkout deck, dining area, fully furnished kitchen, full bath, and two queen bedrooms. The downstairs has a family room, full bath, queen bedroom, bedroom with full-size bed, and bed room with twin over double bunk. Dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, and gas BBQ grill are provided.This property permits pets, and is a smoke-free property. Clubouse and lake usage are not permitted.This property will accommodate up to 12 persons and 3 dogs.
RATES AND BOOKING INFORMATION: Rental rates depend upon the season and holidays, weekends or weekdays, length of stay and number of people.
